Kaleden

Kaleden is located 13 km (8 miles) south of Penticton and 47 km (29 miles) north of Osoyoos on Hwy 97. Kaleden is a small community situated on the east side of Skaha Lake.

The majority of homes in Kaleden overlook the lake, many of which contain large orchards and vineyards.  The main road into Kaleden is called Lakehill Road. Along this road you will pass the fire station, post office, library and elementary school. Lakehill Road continues down a steep hill for about 1.5 km (1 mile) to Skaha Lake.

Kaleden is located at Skaha Lake where there is a really nice public beach and park called Kaleden Hotel Regional Park. This popular beach is very nice and sandy and with the water having a raft float it is also very kid friendly. There are also public tennis courts located here for those tennis enthusiasts.
