Located at the base of a mountain at one end and bordering a steep ravine that overlooks the creek on the other side of the neighbourhood, there is plenty of nature to be found in the surrounding landscape. There’s a mix of single family and multi family homes in the Columbia/Duncan area and you will also be situated near the hospital.
