Meals are prepared by a Red Seal Executive Chef and follow a rotating 50-day menu. The daily soup and salad bar are often a favourite.
Safety is built into the experience, with emergency pull cords monitored at all times in both suites and common areas. For those who travel in the winter months, snowbird pricing is available. Furnished short-term stays are also offered for those who want to experience Southwood before making a longer commitment or stay close to a loved one receiving care nearby.
